  1. CSplitBarCtrl.OCX allows you 
  2.             to create a movable splitter bar in your Visual Basic applications. 
  3.             The control is limited to defining one splitter bar and two panels. 
  4.             A single control on each panel automatically resizes when the user 
  5.             moves the splitter bar. Defining a single margin parameter, which 
  6.             applies to both left and right, can restrict movement of the bar. A 
  7.             batch file is included to help register this easy-to-use control 
  8.             with the Windows Registry.
